Purpose

The Political Road Map became a reality from a desire to discuss and change the political climate in Canada.

The basic tenants of the Political Road Map are to question what we are seeing, discuss what we are being told and bring to light what is missing from the main parties.

Everything is connected, which means that everything is essentially political and affects your life.

Where are you?

Life is full of stepping stones and milestones. We grow and experience both good and bad.

Where we are in the present will help us decide where we want to go and need to go.

It never hurts to develop a personal road map and in doing so, you need to determine where you currently stand.

Where are you going?

Once you have an idea of your current standings, you need to look forward.

While it is important to remember where you came from, we all need to ensure we continue moving forward and look to where we would like to be!

Family? More Friends? More Money or better work?

Don't sell yourself short with a limited scope on the direction of your future.

Is your government heading in the same direction?

This question not only should affect your individual life, but also the purpose of politics.

The electorate is responsible for ensuring competent people are put into power. People who will lead you and make important decisions that will affect your life.

If the current government you are living under isn't making these decisions and your own life is being affected by it, what comes next?

Voting is one thing, but getting active and involved in directing your own life and helping others should never be dismissed.

One person, one vote, one direction...forward!
